Cozy and comfortable
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayBoulder was very cold with heavy snow, but the apartment was warm and cozy. We didn't arrive until late in the evening, but the host made check in easy for us. The location is excellent for local stores, coffee shop and restaurants and just a short walk into town for shopping and sightseeing.

Wonderful neighborhood in Boulder

This lower level unit in Bruce’s home is bright, cozy, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with a private fenced garden and easy parking. We even found that it was reasonably priced on CU Family weekend. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend it to others!

Great Stay in Boulder

It was a perfectly comfortable place for my son and me, in a lovely neighborhood … our hosts were very responsive and accommodating … we will be back.

Comfortable Boulder Base
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. We are a middle-aged couple who just wanted to explore Boulder for a few days. The location was perfect and beds super comfortable. It was very quiet at night which made for great nights of sleep.
Thank you, Bruce, for hosting us in your adorable and cozy apartment. We would not hesitate to stay again.
