Great location with great hosts

Short stay in Boulder
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe only stayed 2 nights in Boulder. The location was perfect to walk everywhere. There is a lovely private patio that we used in the morning (still on east coast time). The unit was beautiful and unique. The owners communicated with us and worked with us to get us in on time. It was private and felt like our own home. I would recommend for anyone who would like to be able to walk around Boulder and be able to relax. It was a beautiful home and town.

Felt like family

Perfect location

Great location, but "5-Star" is a stretch
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in their basement rather than in a separate guest suite. Overall, I'd say overpriced for what it is, but they're banking on the location to get you to book it at this price-point.

We have a cumulative 9.8 rating out of 10 for 275 reviews. (9.9 on cleanliness) We did have a substitute housekeeper which we were using for the first time. We will not use her again...
The one thing we hear the most from other reviews is the overall cleanliness of the guest suite that is 100% separate from the rest of the home in which we reside. The last 5 guests before you all mentioned cleanliness as a 10.
Yes, there are private stairs to the upstairs? I can't change that. The sub-zero refrigerator? Its like standing next to any fridge. I'm not sure it would even qualify as a 1 out of 10 on a noise factor.
Our price point is right where it should be for downtown Boulder. Again, I wish you would have communicated with us while you were here.
Let this be a testament to all reviews get posted - good or bad or sideways (Thanks for the 4 stars)

Perfect location in Boulder

The location can’t be beat. All of downtown Boulder is right healthy front door.

Work Trip to Boulder

I was in town for work. The built in office was a nice asset as was the on street parking pass and walkable location.
Had a great stay. Hopefully I'll have a chance to return sooner then later.
