Everything about this property is first rate. The accommodations and common areas were in excellent condition and all small touches in the room thoughtfully considered. The staff are the jewel in the crown though. They were just exceptional - warm, welcoming, helpful, accommodating. Everyone from the concierge to valets to the front desk staff (extra shout out to Lauren and Jack) to housekeeping were warm and friendly and made our short visit memorable. Worth every penny and will stay again when in Boulder. Highly recommend.

The only thing keeping this review at “good” instead of “great” is the food & beverage program. Mixed drinks were ok and the two dinners we had there were ok as well
