Elevator was out of service, we had to use the stairs. The sheets of one bed were dirty. No breakfast in premises ( coffee and mini muffins).

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not exceed your expectations. Our property is geared towards extended stays, our rooms are set up for all our guests to be able to prepare their own meals which is why we do not have a breakfast service. We do hope that you do give us another chance next time you are in town.
