I was having breakfast and A staff member wouldn’t let me leave the restaurant before I paid when you usually pay at checkout. She chased me as I was leaving the restaurant and made me feel like a thieve. On top of that, the staff at the reception made my wife pay a second time for the same breakfast! Then we had to go back and forth to prove that we had already paid and obtain a refund! Outrageous!

Lovely deluxe king room, with a great sea view, which was fantastic for watching the Friday evening fireworks display. The room was spacious and clean, with a powerful shower in the ensuite. Water and toiletries are replenished each day, as is tea / coffee. Sadly biscuits are never provided.
Hotel staff are mainly hardworking and polite. However there is not plainly enough staff, so the service is poor, especially for food. Queues to be admitted for breakfast are too long. Queuing a further 27 mins for an omelette is not acceptable. Being given dirty mugs and cutlery is not good. No staff are checking if you need another pot of tea when the original one is cold due to queueing for food.
The outdoor pool and lounger area is pleasant. The pool temperature was lovely and warm one day, but unfortunately it was too cold the other two days that we came for a swim. Staff need to fix this.
Overall, this hotel is very nice but overpriced for the lack of service.

A lovely hotel with stunning views of the beach. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. I have already booked my next visit!

Prima prijs/kwaliteit, goed restaurant. Cottage is ook prima, wel erg lawaaierige airco. Lokatie is top!

Was told bar food was open until 18.00 hrs then to be told when ask for food at 17.15 bar food closed as they have not staff available to cook food, also not got staff round pool to get drinks or food
