Easy parking, nice staff and reception. Room Hilton standard. Breakfast was very limited and poor for a 'Hilton' Breakfast as expected. I was let down, having stayed here a few years ago, it had declined. The Level8 bar again looks nothing like the promotional videos and photos, it felt unloved, basic and not inviting at all, despite the very expensive cocktails at Ā£13.50 each, I would expect a more luxurious bar and seating area. There is also no bar food served. Downstairs there is a small bar and main restaurant with very limited and expensive vegetarian options so I didn't bother and ordered uber eats. Overall it was ok, room was very clean but I just felt like this Hilton had become an elevated premier inn. Which is really sad. Ill save up a bit more next time and stay at true 4*5* hotel.

Great hotel, but need to fix the AC
Lovely hotel in the centre of Bournemouth. Well appointed and spacious public areas. The rooms are modern and high quality. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Very large rooms. The one bad thing was the air conditioning. What ever I tried it was pumping out cold air all night in mid December. It was freezing.
