Hôtel cool, calme, propre, personnel sympa

Pour : personnel accueillant, chambres modernes et propres
Contre : Manque une armoire dans les chambres: que des rangements ouverts. Oeufs brouillés un peu trop secs
Emplacement : Bien placé. Calme (on se réveille avec le chant des oiseaux). A 5 min des magasins, du parc, de la mer et des cafés-restaus.
2 nuits dans cet hôtel, le temps de rendre visite à notre fille étudiante à Bournemouth. Un hôtel très sympa et calme; personnel accueillant et parlant plusieurs langues. Chambres très propres et fonctionnelles. Un choix varié pour le petit déjeuner (buffet). Nous n'avons pas testé les repas au restaurant de l'hôtel. Il faut 5 petites minutes pour se rendre à Westover Road où débutent les rues animées: shopping, parc, cafés, etc...A conseiller.

Disappointing

Despite paying for an executive top floor room I was given a standard room without the amenities as described on their website. The room lacked a safe, mini fridge and coffee maker. When I told the receptionist he said a junior colleague had placed me in the wrong room and made no attempt to compensate me for the allocation of the wrong room, implying that I was the one who had booked the room incorrectly. This room was the only room on the floor which was a standard room, all others being an executive room. He stated that the room price difference was only £10 for two nights and advised me that he would give me credit for my next stay. I'm quite unhappy with the customer service provided, the lack of transparency when allocating my room and no attempt to correct this. Very disappointed with my experience with this hotel which is a shame as previously I had an excellent time.
