Everything was wonderful! Got there two hours before check-in and the front desk was kind enough to hold all our bags until check-in. When we came back after a night of walking around London, our beds were already in our room. Great service great location great for the price for four people.

Posted May 8, 2024 on HotelsFor a 2 star hotel this was a perfectly adequate room and overall stay at a fair price. Comfortable bed with clean bed linen and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but bizarrely no spoon to stir my morning coffee. Otherwise a functional yet comfortable room showing some signs of ageing.

Greeting was friendly although I had to find phone number through website to ring as couldn't get answer at the closed door. Comfortable bed and adequate facilities - good shower. Disappointed the spa bath was out of commission, but explained why. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer visit next time to take in the benefits of the area, as ideally located.
