Great stay will come back !!!

I wish the breakfast had more options but other than that it was very nice. The rooms are spacious however the bathroom tends to be small it did not bother us that much but bare in mind that the shows booths are small and the only option are rainshower.. (I do not like to wet my hair everyday so this made it difficult)
We had a very nice stay, love the style of the hotel and the staff is again amazing!!!

I was in room 501. The room was OK but the natural light was not great. The room had two skylights and one normal window which was tucked away behind a wall. I couldn't get a picture on the TV, although the audio was working on the TV channels.
It would have been helpful to have some more shelving/cupboard space around the sink as there isn't anywhere to put a personal grooming items.
It was impossible to stand up in the shower due to the roof slope. This is actually quite annoying, especially in a 4 star hotel.
There was a great view of the sea from the stairwell. I can't help but think this is a bit of a waste of the best aspect of the building.
Breakfast was very good, especially the Eggs benedict.

Exhaust fan noise outside the room from kitchen of seafood restaurant and smell from this too. Mattress with metal spring poking outside so had to leave hotel as cpuld not sleep in the bed. No other rooms available. No aoplogies offered. Very dismissive staff.

Disappointment
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsPaid £188 for 1 night stay. Room was next to reception. Hearing guest come and go Room was very basic !! 1 bottle of spring water but 2 staying in the room. Room was hot ! breakfast was cold !! Location was good but will not stay there again.
