Our 4 night stay at the Nici was excellent. The room very clean and luxurious. The shower was second to none for water pressure. The balcony was very spacious with table and chairs plus 2 sun beds which we used every day. The hotel facilities and outside pool area were excellent too. The enjoyable breakfasts had great choice and we ate in the restaurant every night and enjoyed their meals too.
The Nici is an excellent hotel and you get what you pay for. Thanks for a really enjoyable stay.

Great service and good hotel

Good location , close to beach.
Indoor pool wasn’t great, could be more inline with other 5 star hotels and have more space as very tight with only 8 or so seating.
Food could be better, pitched as a 5 star hotel but I don’t think it is hence the reduced score given the expectation versus reality.

The property is well kept with nice restaurants. However, the staff in both hotel and restaurants are not particularly helpful and the property isn’t as family friendly as originally expected with a single small lift (our pram barely fit) and lack of easy ramp access to the outdoor area and poolside restaurant. We also didn’t expect the additional charges including £27/day valet parking (with no other parking option) and £22/person breakfast - we ended up having to move the car ourselves and waited 45 minutes for our breakfast, making these charges even more difficult to justify.

Amazing hotel, loud builders let it down
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLovely hotel, very well renovated, beautiful old building. Great facilities, indoors and out. We were luckily upgraded and had an amazing room. Unfortunately, building work started at 745am with builders in rolling carpet protector which wakened the full floor...not what you want to be wakened with on a weekend away. Only reason for not giving 5 stars.
