Lovely hotel. Rooms fabulous. Loved the little touches and attention to detail. Lavender spray in the room. Complimentary drinks and real milk in the fridge. Lovely toiletries, will be buying some! Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, and well presented. Will return.

Posted Jun. 11, 2024 on HotelsI usually stayed in the town centre before but thought I'd branch out due to the noise from the clubs etc and I'm glad I did. The Pavilion Arms is in a decent location, close enough to walk to town, and has parking. Surprisingly, blissfully quiet at night (once the downstairs door stopped banging around 11pm). The room was delightful, nicely equipped and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was yum! All the staff were super nice. Thank you.

The food was fantastic, so delicious and beautifully cooked. Worth visiting just for the grub.

Posted May 14, 2024 on HotelsLovely 2nd stay, room upgraded which was great, and excellent breakfast included for £82, Dog was very welcome (add £20 charge)and staff fantastic. Would highly recommend hotel if needing a stay in the Bournemouth/Poole area.
