Renovated/new condo-Walk to Beach, Marina, Pools. Red Hook, Ferry, Bars near by!

This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Good stay
We love staying at Sapphire Beach because of the location. This place is neat and clean and provided extra towels, which was nice. However, the kitchen is a little sparse. There was only one knife, and there are absolutely no plastic cups, which we found odd since you can’t have glass by the pool or the beach. Also, inside the unit there is no place to sit to enjoy a meal. You have to sit outside, which is fine unless of course it’s raining. We’ve stayed in other units in Sapphire Village that I would have to say are a little better equipped. But all in all, it was a good stay.

Super studio
This studio was a great place to call home for a week. Easy to get around to the island from here, very central to the beaches, Red Hook and ferry. There are 4 restaurants on site so if you never wanted to leave you don't have to. The car he has to rent was perfect! New, clean and cheaper than anything else! We would rent again. dont have to!

Dream beach apartment
This was a dream of a beach vacation stay: - Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, to the marina with snorkeling boats, to the ferry terminal and grocery store in Red Hook (although it’s safer to take taxis to Red Hook since there is no dedicated walking path)- Full kitchen with stove / fridge / pots & pans - Balcony and a fan over the bed which made it unnecessary for us to ever use an Air Conditioner - Keyless entry to avoid worries about losing a key on the beach etc.- Very responsive and helpful owner- Option to rent a car from the owner We hope to come back and stay there again! Thank you!

Great place to relax
I wanted to getaway for a couple of days during Christmas and found this gem. Super clean, great space, and the communication from the owner was incredible!Bring climbing shoes, the hills are steep, but paved...and make sure to eat at Sudi's located on property - they were great!

Back to island
I used to live in st thomas so this place has my heart. My friend lives at the marina. Walking to the beach and pool is easy and getting to the location via safari was also seamless. Safe area with everything you need and restaurant on site called Sudi’s with affordable breakfast and bottomless mimosas and bloody right near the pool!! If you’re looking to charter a boat for 4-8 hours I recommend Adventures of Salt Water Taffy right at Sapphire marina, a few minutes from the rental!! Food and booze included!!

My stay was great. Sapphire village is a great location close to the red hook ferry and many restaurants and bars. The condo was all that was advertised very clean with a great view easy check in and communication with host.

My friend and I had a great stay at Raleigh's place. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and we had great views of the water! Raleigh was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at this location again!

Loved how close this was to everything and especially to the ferry!! It was a cute place to stay at and the view was really nice. I loved that there was sunscreen and bug spray incase we didn’t bring any. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Great place with a view!
Excellent place to stay in St Thomas. Near Red Hook area and ferry to St. John. In house bars as Sapphire Beach Bar and Sudi's. All you need for your vacation. Also Raleigh is a great host. Definitely will stay again.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Very comfortable living space for up to two people. Sapphire Beach is gorgeous, however the hike back up the hill wasn’t as much fun as the hike down.

Beautiful rental with a beautiful view.
The price for this beautiful rental could not be beat, and neither could the view. The rental was modern and comfortable, with good furniture and appliances. The extra goodies of snorkeling gear made going to the beach and doing some snorkeling a must.

Great Fall Vacation
I stayed a few days and the property was just as how it was described. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated. Had a beautiful view and surroundings. Equipped with amenities that were needed. It was fun and amazing to go down to the pool and the beach. Everything was close by but to buy any suppplies you needed to step out of the complex and go by taxi unless you rent a car. However, I enjoyed my stay at this location very much. We were very pleased! Alot of Fun!
