One bedroom with queen bed. Bunks in living room . Kitchenette with fridge, microwave & hotplates. Fully furnished with linen provided. Off road parking . Walking distance to both harbour and surf beach. 5 min drive to our beautiful Anzac Bay . 10min drive to Athenree hotpools.
5 min to walk to Boatclub for meals, RSA courtesy van available if you want to dine at Waihi Beach RSA. Several cafes in Waihi Beach village. Staying 5nights or more and Owner will take you for a free boat ride in the harbour. Pay for petrol & he will take you out fishing, or, you may prefer he take you twighlight fishing with fish harvester.

Charming and cosy
A delightful, colorful retreat... warm and dry despite the heavy rain. Warm welcome from the Bryan and Wendy. Short walk to the ocean for sunrise, and a short drive to Athenree for hot springs. We had a great time.

An Amazing Bach in Bowentown

Food for the soul
Wendy and Brian are the most fantastic, kind, caring hosts. The Ark is beautifully set up, clean, cozy, peaceful, and has an amazing covered deck for watching the sunset. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is brilliant. Just a quick stroll to the estuary , beach, boat club, or bike path to Waihi Beach. This is a stunning part of the country. Can't wait to return to keep exploring!

Perfect bolthole near the sea
My husband and I, and two young kids, stayed for a couple of nights during the school holidays. It's a spacious bach, with plenty of all the things you need for a good holiday. We enjoyed our time here very much. The hosts are lovely!
