Nice stay but….

However, there was No living area downstairs with a TV for the group to enjoy watching TV (ballgames and such) only in in a room upstairs that has 2 sofa beds that we needed for sleeping too. House is dated and needs some small repairs but those repairs did not hamper our stay. Beds are as follows since I found VRBO description confusing.
I queen in bedroom downstairs
2 queens in another bedroom downstairs
Two twin beds ina very small bedroom upstairs. One had a trundle bed under it but not really enough room to pull it out and use it.
The other room upstairs was like a small den with two sofa beds that when Pulled Out left no room for sitting around to watch TV.

Perfect Location for small group heading to the National Park

The property was exactly as described! The inside was clean and well put together.
We didn’t get to enjoy the outside grilling/patio area but it looked like a great place to relax.
