Great hôtel. Parking garage very convenient. Staff very friendly! But noise of freight train honking in the middle of the night

Hotel was very quaint and conveniently located in the middle of WKU campus. Lovely Mexican restaurant next to the pool. Property was well kept and maintained.

Hotel was good, breakfast buffet really good.
We were in room 330 and could hear clearly Walking and movement of people on the fourth floor. Shower has signs of serious water leak from 4th floor.

The pool was cloudy that you couldn’t even see your hand! Too many chemicals, I think! Front
Desk said the paint in pool was reacting to chemicals- either way it was very bad with no compensation
