Private Retreat with Pond, Pool and Hot Tub!

Country Paradise that sleeps 20 adults comfortably with a 2 Bedroom Loft, Rustic Cabin, & 4 Themed Cabanas - 7 Bedrooms & 10 beds. If your group is larger than 20, please bring air mattresses, tents, campers &/or RVs. We have 2 RV hook-ups that are available for $50/ea. Loft has a full kitchen & also included is our large outdoor kitchen next to our private recreational pond complete with boats. Pond is stocked with Bass, Catfish and Sunfish and has a 2-story dock with high dive. It also has a Large Pool and hot tub that are open year-round. Gazebo, stage and parking arena are perfect for events! We have 3 firepits and several grills/ smokers. Firewood and charcoal are provided. This is a 1 of a kind gem! Perfect for a family reunion or corporate retreat!

This is a working ranch with cattle, horses, donkeys, goats, & chickens. We live here on the property in the main house to care for the animals and to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.

Perfect Thanksgiving!
Our family spent Thanksgiving here. It was perfect. They had everything we needed right onsite. From the commercial size frig & freezer down to the shampoo and conditioner. The event center was amazing! It was cold outside, but the heaters kept everyone warm while eating and watching football...lol. We cooked breakfast on the griddle in the outdoor kitchen. It was amazing! All of the kids had plenty of room to play and they loved seeing the horses in the morning. It will definitely be a Thanksgiving we will always remember!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
This property was the perfect place for your family event. It was able to accommodate multiple families and had all of the amenities needed. The location was absolutely beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Their outdoor activities were perfect for all of the kids to stay entertained. Between the pond, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing our kids were able to unplug and make memories! The outdoor cooking area (where I spent the majority of my time) has everything you could want. The flat-top stove was perfect for cooking a large breakfast quickly and easily. We were also able to smoke some briskets on the pellet smoker while enjoying the beautiful pool and spa. Kathy was an incredible host. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay special Overall, this was a 10/10 stay, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely magical!
Our recent stay at this VRBO was nothing short of magical. From the stunning barn & cabins to the charming farm animals, the inviting pool, and the serene small lake, this vacation was a dream come true. The cabins were simply exquisite. The cabins were not just accommodations; they were an integral part of the experience, making us feel like we had found a hidden gem! Our hosts were the epitome of hospitality. They welcomed us and a genuine passion for ensuring our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. The presence of farm animals added a delightful layer of charm to our stay. Interacting with the friendly goats, chickens, and those lovable donkeys became a daily highlight. We couldn't get enough, and the hosts even let them participate in feeding and caring for the animals, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. The pool was a haven of relaxation and fun. It was impeccably maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the summer heat. In summary, our stay at this VRBO was nothing short of extraordinary. Great times and a worry free stay
Rented this listing for a large bachelor party and it was the perfect place for us. Property was clean and well kept. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. All around a fantastic spot. No issues finding the property or getting situated. If you have a large group that likes to cook and hangout by the water then this is the spot. Pictures don’t do it justice, the property is gorgeous all the rooms are spacious and comfortable the pond was a blast and hanging by the fire or in the hot tub was amazing. 10/10 can’t wait to find an excuse to party out there again!

Our family had a wonderful time on this property as a family only birthday party/family outing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the older ones enjoyed jumping off the high dive in the pool. Ms Kathy was awesome and super friendly and helpful. They had everything we needed but the food was spot on for anything that we needed help with. Thanks again for a very memorable weekend. No complaints and will definitely use again. You can not go wrong with this property.
