The property is a family owned 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen. Air conditioned. The entire house, has been remodeled, down to the new appliances, custom concrete counter tops, new cabinetry, carpets and plank flooring. It has a fully furnished living room, large screen flat HDTV, with cable, WiFi, media player. 1 king, 2 queen, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Ping Pong table and new washer/dryer combo and access to the association pool; round out the home.

Fantastic house and setup
Great house in the middle of trees. Nice setup with multiple bedrooms, nice living room and kitchen and updates and a fantastic deck surrounded by trees. Well stocked kitchen and a great BBQ outside. Easy access driveway and washer dryer available. About 20 mins to Petoskey and 20 mins to Boyne Mountain so it is easy to get places. There’s a small park nearby with a pool for the community that you can access too! Loved it, thanks again!

We loved our stay!
We stayed five nights and the house was perfect for our group of six, including one teen, but it would easily accommodate eight. The newly finished deck and furniture were so nice. New siding too. The basement TV room isn’t mentioned in the listing but should be. We chose this property partly for the ping pong table and our teen grandson loved playing. The kitchen, dining and living areas are very nice; we all fit on the large couch for movie night 🙂 The kitchen has everything you could need. We didn’t use the association pool but enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles in the pond! Don’t hesitate to choose this property. It made for a very enjoyable stay.

Roomy and comfortable for groups
We had a great stay. The house is very roomy with a large living room and decent size kitchen. We chose this property for the high bedroom & bed count which matched perfectly for our needs. The queen bed plus bunk beds room was perfect for me and my 2 kids. The master bedroom has a ton of space to add an air mattress if needed. The main entrance is the walkout basement, which makes a great landing area for ski gear or other outdoors equipment. There is even an extra TV and set of couches down there if you have a large group. The main living level is nicely refinished and very comfortable. The deck also looked excellent, but being winter time we did not get to enjoy it. The host Nancy was great to work with and responded quickly to messages. Checkin/Checkout was a breeze and we'll definitely keep this on our short list to check availability for future trips.

Spacious Getaway
We had a great time at this spacious and comfortable property. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep, relax and eat together. We were surprised at all the extras in the kitchen cabinets and fridge. No need to bring anything as there were condiments, spices, cooking spray, etc. for you to use. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were large. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with neighbors close by but we never heard them. Owner communication was great and we had absolutely no issues with anything. We would definitely return!

Beautiful Stay!!
We had a great stay! The home is very cozy and welcoming-Super comfortable beds, a very up to date kitchen, and a beautiful deck. So much to do in the surrounding areas, would recommend checking out kayaking with boyne river adventures, only about 15 minute's from the property and so much fun!

This was our first time in the area, so this spot was perfect for us as it was short drives to many of the activities we wanted to check out. The space was perfect for our family and we loved sitting out on the beautiful deck, further enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Best family vacation ever
This home, location, and communication with the home's owner were fantastic. We had a couple of questions early in our stay; Nancy, the property owner, responded promptly and was helpful and congenial to work with. The neighborhood association in-ground pool added to our stay, particularly for our 12 year-old grandson. The house itself was abundantly stocked with all sorts of supplies, and the patio was a wonderful place to sit and read or just enjoy the sun. All of the light bulbs worked, and the tv was easy to operate - anybody who has rented a few summer cottages knows that that isn't always the case. Highly recommended.

Weekend get a way
This house is so cozy and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The renovations and new carpet look great! The updated deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There were a few cobwebs but given the time of year and the location we figure there has not been much traffic through the house recently so it was not a concern at all we just wiped them away if they were in a space we used.

Beautiful home with excellent amenities run by a very informative host who answered all our questions. Wonderful deck for grilling and chilling! Location could not have been better for us, hop skip and a jump to the golf course and a short drive to the casino with beautiful scenery along the way! Enjoyed the pubs of Petoskey and the friendly people of town who made us feel right at home!

Our family as well as our neighbors spent 3 nights at this property to enjoy Boyne and had a wonderful time. The property is cared for very well as well as stocked very well. We had a wonderful time. This property is approximately 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain.

What a time we had. Definitely need to have 4wd if your going to go during a blizzard haha but it was a great time to be away from the city and still close to boyne mountain and we played Gamez, went tubing down the road of the hill 😀 made ever lasting memories. The neighbors was very kind, and helpful. Thank you for letting us into your home to make memories.

I fully recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area. The house is exactly as described. Although, the listing does not do it justice. This is a beautiful home/property with everything you need . Just add food. The home owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again if we come to this area!

Nice family getaway
Overall this place was perfect for all of our adult kids and ourselves. There was a few minor things such as the shower on main level, you couldn't adjust the angle of the shower head. The shower is a single stall so being shorter, my wife and myself, the water hit us directly in the face. A few cob webs around the place, but it is set in the woods. There was a lot of little extras there if we had forgotten something was available for use. The kids loved the ping pong table, haven't seen them together like that in a long time. The place was comfy and cozy and the table was big enough to seat all of us for meals. We had a wonderful trip and would probably stay again if back in the area. Thank you for all the little touches that made this a wonderful memory for all of us.

Great stay
We booked this for a softball tournament we were coming in town for. It is a perfect distance from Petoskey and Boyne city. Beds were comfy and lots of household items were stocked in the kitchen. We felt like we were at home. We took advantage of the community pool also. We would definitely stay here again.
