Not the Hotel it used to be
Posted Aug. 20, 2024 on HotelsI have stayed at this hotel in the past to visit my parents. This last stay was for 5 days. I felt the interior of this hotel needs to be refurbished. I also did not like the people that were coming and going in and out of the hotel at night. Security camera’s should be added at the front entrance and the parking lot. Also, work was being done in the hallways for some wifi upgrade. The place was a mess with wires in the hallway. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. The Hilton company needs to check this hotel and see if it meets the Hilton standards

Hello, we are sorry that you found your last stay lacking. We do have a very safe facility, cameras are everywhere. Work to improve the televisions and make them better for guests was being done we do know that we did tidy up when they were done for the day. We do hope to have you back, it would be nice to show you the upgrade that was happening.

Great stay and a great hotel.

Disappointed.
Posted Aug. 18, 2024 on HotelsAsked at checkin if I wanted daily maid service and said yes. Did not clean my room. Beds lumpy. No coffee Sunday morning. If machines broke why not order urns from Starbucks or such? Very disappointed

Hello and thank you for telling us your concerns, housekeeping service can be done daily, however if they see a DND sign they won't go in. Sunday we did have coffee, urns sent from an offsite location. We are sorry you missed it :(
