Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, this home is 15 minutes from Yellowstone International Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman, 1 hour from Yellowstone, 45 minutes to Big Sky, 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl, and within walking distance to cafes and eateries .

Whatever your adventure, come home and enjoy the backyard with yard games, views of the Bridger Mountains, a fire pit, and hot tub. Entertain and relax with an open floor plan and wood burning stove.

Our home has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main floor master suite has a King sized bed, full bathroom, and walk in closet. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, both have queen beds, with one room having a Twin XL trundle for additional sleeping.

Great Stay
The property is a nice distance from downtown but not too far away. The house itself was the perfect setup for our family and we loved the view from the backyard, especially at sunset.

Perfect stay for MSU parents weekend!
We used the house as basecamp for our visit to Bozeman for MSU parents weekend. The house comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 teens with plenty of towels for all. The location was great being a short 10-minute drive to campus and/or downtown, and only a few minutes from the restaurants at The Market. We also enjoyed Hop Lounge in the neighborhood. The house was beautiful and clean with mountain views. We used the hot tub each night and the rocking adirondack chairs each morning. We appreciated the provided k-cups, shower toiletries, and household supplies. Joe was very easy to reach and responsive. We would stay here again!

Very convenient if skiing in Big Sky
The property is exactly as listed and was very clean. Great for 4 adults. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, this is not the place for you as there are very few pots, pans, etc. But it was fine for cooking breakfast and we appreciated the coffee provided for the Keurig machine. We’d definitely stay again.

My husband and I and our two boys stayed in the house for Christmas. The location was great, close to shops. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The view of the back patio of the mountains was amazing!! Joe was very easy to message and quick to respond. I recommend this house.

The property was in a nice residential area perfectly located between Bozeman and 4 Corners (outfitters shop). This was great allowing short trips to outfitters and short drive into the city. The property ticked all our boxes. The only problem was the hot tub which the owner rectified.

Joe was great!
We used Joe’s house as base camp for a ski vacation at Big Sky for 6 days. We had some small issues after checking in but Joe was super responsive and helpful and more than generous to fix them. The house was an easy drive into to town and not bad to go up the mountain. It slept my college kids and my husband and I easily. It was comfortable for hanging out at night—watching tv or hot tubbing. We enjoyed our time.

Perfect Stay For Our Group Of 6 Ski Trip!
The house was bigger than expected and comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen was open and easy to use. The hot tub was a welcome amenity and we greatly enjoyed each night after a full day on the slopes. The views from the house were breathtaking and we had beautiful sunrises and sets each day. The house was a close drive to the airport and downtown. Access to the garage provided a great space for us to store our gear each night. My only disappointment was that the inside wood burning stove was not usable at the time of our stay. But not that big of a deal. The house was warm and comfortable without it. We didn’t get to use the fire pit outside because it was under a couple feet of snow and we didn’t feel like shoveling. Also, not a big deal. The house had everything we needed for our friend ski trip and we look forward to booking this house again when we come for a visit. The management was also very quick and responsive to all our messages before and during our stay! (Helpful Tip: there’s a Toyota place down the street from this house that has really affordable rental car prices!)

Cozy, comfortable, spacious!
We visited Bozeman with our kids for a wedding and had my in-laws stay with us. We gave them the big main floor suite, and our kids had one room upstairs and we had the other. We appreciated having the separation but also having a lot of space to gather, plus laundry facilities and a main floor powder room. We didn't end up using the hot tub :-) The neighborhood was nice and quiet but perfectly close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again, it was perfect for our group of 6.

Lovely Neighborhood setting with Mtn Views
Cute modern house with nice neighborhood setting, mountain views, nice kitchen and master suite downstairs. Great location 10 min from downtown. Nice hot tub with mountain views. Would be nice to have end tables by the beds and a coffee maker. Full length mirrors in bedroom(s) would be nice too. Owners were nice and purchased an iron board for us for our stay and gave us a late check out.

Perfect Basecamp!
My family really enjoyed staying at this property while in Montana. Everyday we went on a new adventure and then came back to this comfortable home at night. The back porch has a fantastic view of the Bridger Mountains and is the perfect place to have coffee in the morning. Joseph was very helpful answering our questions and giving us some great information about the area.

Great house in Bozeman
We stayed for two weeks and it had everything we needed. It’s in a good location and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts are very responsive. We highly recommend this place for your next trip to Bozeman. The hot tub is an added bonus!
