Pleasantly surprised

**I would not recommend for someone with physical difficulties climbing stairs as it is on the top floor. The sides of the tub/showers are quite high and require a large step.

Convenient location

Rental was fairly clean. Big plus to have air conditioning in each bedroom. Only complaint is need more washcloths - I had to wash them each day of our stay. Communication with host is excellent.

Great apartment close to everything!
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great apartment that allowed our family room to spread out and have our own bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was a big plus! It is well decorated and had everything we needed.

Close to campus and downtown

Checking in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated Kevin's prompt communication and flexibility in allowing us to check in early. The only downside was the home is located next to 19th street which can be quite loud when the windows are open. I would definitely stay here again.
