The hotel had no record of our reservation but they did find a room for us. The hotel isn’t in a very desirable part of Bozeman.

If you are looking for a safe environment to stay, this is NOT it. This hotel is surrounded by homeless encampments and people living out of their cars. There are homeless people roaming all over the property at all hours. After arriving at the hotel, I was involved in an incident in the parking lot with a homeless person before entering the building. I did not feel safe staying here. I would have rather slept in my car in a safe area than leave me car unattended in the hotel parking lot or slept in a room in this environment. The GM Kirsten, was more concerned with collecting a nights rate than the safety of her guests. She denied refunding my unused room when I reported safety concerns and continued to double down and argue through email. This must be the only way this hotel collects rates. I refused to endanger myself or my child by staying here. Do not book this hotel.

The bed and pillows were poor quality. Bed linens were dirty.

The room smelled very strange, like a cleaning solution plus cigarette smoke? The bathroom was very updated and the sink wasn’t clean. Someone was banging on the floor upstairs in the middle of the night. It was an unpleasant stay overall.

Not enough hangers had to go buy some, no dresser and the beds were the worst I have ever slept on
