Avis Inn at the Falls

Vlad, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We are saddened to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. Since you weren’t able to arrive until 12:30 am (and our front desk is open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm), you missed meeting our amazing guest service agents who are always eager to assist our guests with their needs. Hopefully, our after-hours protocols made your self check in seamless. We are very fortunate that our boutique Inn is located on a beautiful property in downtown Bracebridge so close to shops, restaurants and the Bracebridge Falls with a great view of the Muskoka River. Unfortunately, you may have missed those features and benefits with such a short stay, which is probably why you chose to book our standard/basic room rather than one of our lakeview rooms with a balcony overlooking the Muskoka River. All guests are able to enjoy the majestic view from the balcony of the newly renovated lounge of the Inn where we offer a complimentary continental breakfast that was just launched in its preliminary stage a few days ago. We hope you were able to find something you might like between the coffee, tea, juice, milk, fruit, granola bars, yogurt, and three cereal options. We are excited to be offering bread starting next week. We appreciate any feedback as we determine what other items our guests might enjoy. While there have been extensive renovations completed since February 2020, it is an ongoing process and not all the rooms have wall decor yet. We were hoping that by turning on the air conditioner and leaving a light on in your room, you would feel more welcomed. Our breakfast has a large selection of offerings for a continental breakfast but we are always open to suggestions of other food to offer.
