Fabulous with 4 Beds, Town house, sleeps 6, 5 mins from Bracknell Town & Station

A spacious, light and airy house ideal for work colleagues on a business trip or families and guests looking for comfortable and spacious accommodation for their holidays. Great location, close to town centre and very convenient transport links for site-seeing and visiting attractions and places of interest, such as Legoland, Lapland, Windsor, Henley, Ascot Races etc.
The house is modern, nicely decorated and recently refurbished 3 bedroom town house on 1st and 2nd floor with large driveway and brand new appliances, huge 4K TV with 100’s of films on a hard drive and very well equipped kitchen with new crockery, cutlery etc.

The house is very close to Bracknell train station and bus station and the brand new Lexicon is only 5 minutes stroll.
The house has a stylish oak King Size bed in the main bedroom and fitted wardrobes a King and Single in second bedroom and a Single bed in the third bedroom so easily sleeps 6 people, plus we can provide a new travel cot if required.
For larger groups of people the downstairs apartment can also be rented which had a King size bed. Please see Vbro property number 8351413 to see photos and description.

The bathroom has been refurbished with good quality pea bath and shower and tastefully decorated, all on the 2nd floor.
Downstairs has a refurbished kitchen, dining area and large main lounge, with floor to ceiling windows making the space very light and airy.
We provide good quality bed linen and towels for your comfort.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual array of microwave, electric over, toaster, kettle and all crockery, cuttlery and cooking implements are provided. There is a dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer and a washer/dryer for you clothes.
There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom plus hand wash at the sinks.
We provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid for clothes and all cleaning implements.

The Bracknell Regeneration Partnership invested over £240 million to transform Bracknell Town Centre into an exciting 1 million square foot shopping and leisure destination.
The Lexicon Bracknell recently opening, we have visited and it really is a fantastic place to shop and eat and drink!
There are a host of new restaurants, a 12-screen Cineworld, striking, modern architecture, stylish landscaped spaces, and both open-air and covered shopping facilities combine to create an exciting array of experiences in one convenient destination.

Legoland is an 8-10 minute drive and Windsor castle, Windsor town centre, Windsor Great Park are 10-15 minutes drive and Ascot Race course about 10 minutes away. Reading is 8 miles away

There are some well-regarded restaurants and gastropubs in the area including, The Winning Post in Warfield and The Belvedere Arms in Sunninghill, Bluebells in Sunningdale, The Barn at Coworth Park and Michelin starred Royal Oak in Paley Street, the Fat Duck, Waterside Inn and Hinds Head in Bray, 10 minute drive.

Recreational facilities nearby include Legoland which is close by as is The Look Out and the brand new Coral Reef which has had a multi-million refurbishment recently.

Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures are close by too.
Saville Gardens, golf at Sunningdale, Wentworth, Swinley, Royal Berkshire and Mill Ride, polo at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club and Smith's Lawn and horse racing at Ascot and Windsor. Spa facilities may be found at The Berystede, Coworth Park and Penny Hill Park.

For the commuter, rail links to London (Paddington) are available from Ascot, Windsor & Eton Central (via Slough) and Maidenhead stations and to London (Waterloo) from Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor & Eton Riverside; Crossrail, the new high-speed service is due to begin running in 2019.
There is fast and easy access to all the major motorways, M3, M4, M25, M40 and an easy route to and from Gatwick either by car, train or coach.
Heathrow airport, terminal 5 is just 15 miles away for the house and trains to Waterloo (via Ascot or Bracknell) and London Paddington (Maidenhead) are just a short drive away 5-10 minutes drive.
Heathrow airport is about £35-£40 in a taxi. Luton is also pretty quick to get to.

You are also a stones throw from Ascot, Windsor, Virginia Water, and close to Henley and Reading to name a few.

Notre séjour à Bracknell
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La situation est parfaite pour accéder à la gare ou aux centres commerciaux à pied ou en voiture. En famille avec des enfants, le voisin du dessous peut vite souffrir des bruits de pas. Les murs ne sont pas très épais ,globalement nous n avons pas eu de problèmes et la location est propre. Good location for Legoland
Booked for easy access to LEGOLAND which the property offers. Is in a central location, so gives easy access to the town. Property is clean and well equipped. Host is easy to contact and responds quickly. The listing is slightly misleading as the property is more of a duplex flat rather than a town house. There is a shared access front door with a separate, single story dwelling below. Possibly an incorrect assumption on our part, but the title of 'large town house' eluded to us having access to the entire property. We stayed for a few nights in summer, & the property gets extremely hot, despite the two fans. With no garden space, this makes it very uncomfortable.

Delightful Stay
PROS: Clean, comfortable beds. Nice to have a full kitchen to cook and save money by not eating out as much. Washer & dryer combo was a must since we had a long vacation in the UK. Beautiful, large bathroom. Having a larger shower was a joy after being in much smaller ones in previous rentals. Wifi was fast. Enjoyed watching some favorite British shows on the TV. Quick 15 minute walk to the rail station was very convenient. CONS: The washer & dryer combo was very loud and vibrated the floor. Felt so bad for the renters in the below flat so we only did laundry during the day. Walls are thin so mind what you say and keep the noise low. No AC with house temperature at 28C so using the provided portable, metal fan was a must at night.

Convenient stay near the Lexicon and train station
An older property in a busy, but quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the restaurants and shops at the Lexicon. There was plenty of space for our family of 3. During our visit, daytime highs were in the mid 70s and like most houses in the area, it doesn't have air conditioning. However a couple of big floor fans were provided which helped immensely with air flow. The kitchen has both a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo which worked well. Check-in was straightforward and the host was responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedroom home met our needs. Nice clean & comfortable. Situated in an area that is very calm & peaceful. Ten minute walk to the Lexicon mall, bank etc.

Great Location!
Great location (as the title states) a really short walk from the local pub - The Old Manor - JD Wetherspoons, if you want a beer or cider at the right price ha ha ! Only a short walk to the Lexicon centre which is a beautiful and lively shopping centre with lots of choice for restaurants, cafe's and shops. Little tip for you, if you don't want to pay the extortionate prices for wine/beer in waitrose, there's a well-stocked news agent called Cheneys and it's well stocked. Tess was very accomodating when we had arrived earlier than planned, and let us check in early and get our bags unpacked. The apartment is reall cosy and clean, I enjoyed 2 long-overdue relaxing bubble baths - i'd encourage you to do the same ;) Check out the Swinley Forest and Bike Hire - We had ana amazing day well worth it! Great location for Legoland Windsor - although make sure that you shop about for a reasonable return fee. UBER Cabs are all over here which added peace of mind for us not being local. Anything you need to ask though (like a great takeaway recommendation - Tessa is your :) Was made welcome from the moment we arrived at Bracknell station. Thank so much Tessa! I think we will most surely be back !!!!!!

Perfect house in a perfect location
We had a lovely stay during 2019 October half term. The house is situated in an ideal location for Legoland and London. It’s a 5 min walk into town with plenty of restaurants and shops. The children aged 6,10 and 16 love staying at the house, especially the younger ones with lego, books and games provided to keep them occupied. The house is immaculate and furnished to a high standard. Communication with Owners Tessa and Charles is excellent. We stayed last October half term too and will definitely be back. Lovely house with lovely owners.
We came on a holiday with two teenage boys. The boys both loved the house and didn't want to leave. Tessa was really accomodating and the breakfast bits were a nice touch! The home was modern, very clean and with fab facilities. The beds were super comfy as were the sofas which was perfect after our days out exploring. Cannot recommend them enough. We left belongings in the dryer and Tessa was very accomodating when I contacted her. The boys and us would definitely love to return!

Brilliant!!
Stayed here for 3 nights to visit Legoland and LaplandUK. Perfect location, near shops, cinema, food restaurants and more. Tessa & Charles were so accommodating and helped wherever needed. House was warm, clean, family friendly with lots of extras like cereal, coffee, sugar ect. Even a few toys/lego for the kids the play with. Will deffo stay again :)

Perfect location! Fantastic house!
Thank you for a great holiday. We stayed at the house for 5 nights and used it as our base for Legoland. Perfectly situated and minutes walk into town which has plenty of restaurants / shops. House is beautifully furnished to a high standard and has everything you need. Children particularly loved the selection of games, books and Lego There is also a PS3. We will definitely be back! Tessa was very helpful prior to arriving suggesting places to see etc .
The property comfortably fits a family of 5. The property was clean on arrival and the host very welcoming . The property is nearby to Legoland and Windsor if you have young kids. It’s also only 1hr train ride to Waterloo station ,London where you can visit London eye, London aquarium ,Piccadilly and many more tourist spots. The property has 1 bathroom which was our only issue with a family of 5. The host always responds to queries by phone promptly. There is also a shopping center nearby (within walking distance) and has shops /restaurants for all ages. Towels were provided, milk & bread etc were there on arrival.

We had a great short break at this fantastic 3bedroom town house Tessa the owner was very helpful nothing was a problem the starter pack which was provided is a nice touch every thing was clean and tidy this home is an ideal base for any one who is visiting Legoland Windsor and the surrounding area with lots to do even on a rainy day we would definitely recommend this home and that’s why we give it five stars Susan/Derek Newcastle

Spotlessly clean town house really close to The Lexicon shopping mall. Only 25 mins to Thorpe Park. Windsor is close by as is Lego Land, Ascot etc, Drive to park in, massive tv, WiFi , huge bath with shower. Super comfy beds & nice quality bedding. Bread, jam, butter & fresh milk waiting for us (lovely to walk through the door & be able to have a cup of tea before unpacking). Big comfy sofas and lots of natural light coming in through big windows. Owners are lovely. Great communication & very helpful when I messed up the dates of the booking :)
