Publié le 3 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayWe loved the location of this unit. Very close to some of our favorite spots (Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Bridge street)! I did have a "moment" with the elevator where it was stuck between floors. Once it finally opened, we never rode it again. And the unit was not very cool, the cooler/dehumidifier put off more heat than it actually cooled the room. Since the weather was cool, it wasnt a big deal for us to just use the fans provided. I also wished there was a shower caddy, the shower was awesome, but there was no where to place your shower essentials. I"d definitely stay again! Only suggestions

Love the ease of the beach access and the fact that once you arrive you don’t need to get in your car again until you check out. Was a bit disappointed in the fact that the unit we were in was definitely not renovated 4 months ago, ceiling vents not cleaned in a very long time and A/C was a portable unit that lacked efficiency if we didn’t keep checking it.

Good value for the location
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt’s a studio! Clean and good enough for a short stay like a weekend. The location is very central and close to the beach (across the property street), with close access to restaurants and stores, including some beachfront and/or Bayfront. The only thing it’s that there is zero view, since there are no windows for views and the sliding glass door both just face the hallway of the condo. This is a room locked out from a bigger condo unit. For the price during Labor Day Weekend, and its location…it’s “good enough!”

Perfect for us
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I were celebrating our 38th anniversary and other family members were at AMI, staying at a different property close by. This was the perfect for us to be able to just meet them on the beach across the street. The unit was perfect.
