This home is newly constructed and offers many fantastic amenities like a private pool with optional heat and a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay.

The beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk away, while a little farther north, you'll find the shops and restaurants on historic Bridge Street. Being so close to the bay gives you access to many boat and fishing charters to enjoy the island waters in style! Catch a ride with the island bus service and head south to enjoy Coquina Beach. Nearby you'll also find Leffis Key, an island nature reserve and tidal habitat. There you can enjoy various trails and boardwalks. Across the Cortez Bridge, you'll find authentic island dining at many excellent seafood restaurants.

Pool heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Location to the beach was excellent. House needed some work. There was no Keurig from the website viewing. The back deck was destroyed. Should’ve been told of it on the website. They never came to clean the pool all week. Pool area I needed some TLC sides of the house needed to be picked up and cleaned. weeds and bird. droppings were all over. lacking big noodle pots and pans in the kitchen.

Nice view with some issues

The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster.

Misrepresented property

This house is not new, as stated in listing. Furniture is stained and shabby. Third floor beds were not even usable. Pool was dirty and not usable. Called customer service and complained and asked to have someone come over and clean pool. No one showed up. I would hesitate to use Vrbo again as I wouldn’t trust the pictures and listing information. We paid $800 per night as the pictures and listing information looked wonderful. All information turned out to be fraudulent. I will in future book a hotel instead. At least hotels have comfortable clean beds and clean pools. I am requesting a refund for this property. It was a dump.

Had a wonderful time at this property with 4 adults and 1 child, awesome toys to use for the pool and the beach. Some issues with the pool/spa and the management were in touch the whole way through which was nice to get updates. Never got to use the spa but did not keep us from having wonderful time fishing and swimming. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay overall was great! Great location and very clean! We arrived while the cleaning lady was still cleaning, after she was down we inspected the house and someone from vacsa also came to inspect. We still were not allowed early entrance even though the house was not occupied. Screen on patio door was ripped and many of the boards on the dock should be replaced. Make sure to bring hand soap and extra hand towels and wash cloths.

Just spent a week at the wonderful Florida home with my children. The house was very comfortable for our party of 8. The location can't be beat. Walking to the beach was so close. Walking to restaurants and shops was also very easy. We spent most of our time at the swimming pool or the guys enjoyed fishing from the the dock. Thank you for sharing the home and letting us create such great memories.

Paradise view

The deck was so nice to sit and watch the sun rise! The furniture was not the best for the beauty of this house. Plus., there was only room for two people to sit on a love seat and two uncomfortable dirty chairs. But, I think they are doing a lot of work to the pool area that has the dirt coming up on the deck and into the pool. Once all the concrete work is finished I think that problem will be solved. The overall house is absolutely beautiful. Newly refinished, with lots of room for the family. The location is perfect. You have room to park your cars but you won’t need to move them. Everything is in walking distance. Our family loved this house and we can’t wait to come enjoy it again.

The property was great! Trying to get a hold of the property manager was awful, we never did get a hold of him. We had concerns about the dumpsters, about one of the single beds on the 2nd floor (it had a headboard that was broken) and the alarm for the pool needed batteries! The property was wonderful, we had everything we needed and more!

Wonderful property and location!

This was the perfect property for our 4 generation family vacation. The property was very clean and met all our needs. We used the pool every day, but the one rain day, and we walked the short one block to the beach every day also. There are several restaurant options and shopping also within walking distance as well as trolley stops. And to top it off, we saw dolphins and manatees in the later part of the afternoon from the main floor deck and the dock. The kids enjoyed the great view of the lift bridge, another bonus! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here - we will be back!

Perfect for our family

This is a beautiful home with tons of room, an incredible view and a fantastic pool! Our family LOVES the water so having a pool on site, being just 1 block from the gulf coast beach and enjoying the intercoastal waterway view was a dream for us. The house is set up perfectly with spacious bedrooms and baths with a lovely kitchen/dining/gathering space. We were surprised and thrilled to find some pool and beach toys, as well.

Upon arriving to home we found the backdoor did not lock & microwave did not have power. When calling Vacasa they informed us they knew about door not locking & microwave not working for weeks. We were told a “ticket” was put in for both issues. They never came to fix either issue. Sleeping in a home that wasn’t secure was not enjoyable. I will never rent a property managed by Vacasa again

Great place!

This is our second time staying on Anna Maria. We had a total of 6 adults and 3 kids staying in this house. Plenty room for all of us. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Beautiful view while you’re swimming or enjoying the hot tub. This property was super close to all our favorite restaurants and the beach. We will stay here again for sure!! Looking forward to coming back here in January!

Perfect Family Location

This is a perfect location for families with children. 2 minutes to beach and restaurant/shopping. Kids loves the pool and having a dock for our boat and fishing is good. Landscaping in rough shape due to tropical storm is understandable. House was large which is great for families. Kitchen supplies was disappointing. For a house that allows 12 people there were very few supplies, zero serving bowls , no storage Containers, and only 1 wine glass. We had to make a trip to the dollar store for kitchen items. Also wish there was a table for outside gathering. Other than that we had a great time and would come back to this area again.

Wanted to love this house, but.....

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon. I really wanted to love this rental but I was very disappointed with conditions. PROS: good location, close walk to restaurants and bars. Pool and bay view is great. CONS: Upon arrival there was trash left from previous people. 8 garbage bags in total laying on the ground and the trash bins bursting full of garbage. The garbage is kept by main entrance of house and unavoidable. The smell was horrid and no one came and got it till I had to call VACSA corporate line after 3 days into our stay because no one still had come to get it. It was finally taken by end of the day, on our 4th day. (We had 5 night stay). A critter had gotten into the garbage on the ground and tore open a bag of rotten food and left a huge mess on the ground. Which I had to clean up because the flies and horrible smell. THIS WAS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY AND REDICULOUS THAT I HAD TO CLEAN SOMEONE ELSES DISGUSTING MESS!!!!!!! I had to CALL THE POLICE TWICE FOR NOISE COMPLAINT. the rental property next door has an obscene amount of strobe/party lights and loud speakers, that is literally right next to the master bedroom. It was so loud we could hear word for word lyrics to songs and people screaming and yelling partying in the pool till 2-3am every night. We had only 2 quiet nights out of 5 nights. The upstairs bedrooms even worse for sound control, no matter which room you tried to escape the noise, you couldnt. If you have kids that are sound sensitive or yourself DO NOT STAY HERE! The bedding is extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a board. The pillows were the cheapest lowest quality of pillows, again super uncomfortable. Blankets and sheets were low quality, itchy and thin. Low quality furniture through out the house. Stains on both couches in the living room. Nasty chuncks of black pubic looking hair left all in the shower in master upon arrival. My husband and I both are blondes and know that this was not our hair, especially considering neither of us had taken a shower yet when we saw the hair. For spending 2k on a house and feeling like your at dirty motel the entire time, I feel like this house is misleading in its description. This house is by no means kept as a luxury house and run down on the inside. When someone spends this much money on a rental you expect it to be fully and properly cleaned, nicer bedding, and furniture without questionable stains all over. Took pictures for proof
