Clean and Amazing location
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsAmazing stay - our unit had a parking spot right next to our door which was super convenient for young kids. The unit was very clean and new. The pool was beautiful and the hotel is within walking distance to Bridge St which was great! Will definitely stay again!

This hotel is excelent the personal are very nice and helpful over all is perfect I will go back soon
Oh how I’m forgetting the breakfast it is very very Good and is included. The beach is very close and they will drive you there.

Great location but shower water pressure was insanely strong, which made it difficult to shower comfortably. No beach chairs were provided so we had to call and have them get dropped off

When it was time to check in, we went inside the property and the AC was not properly functioning. It was hot inside for a while and we eventually called the front office about the issue, they than later sent in a electrician that took hours to fix the AC we later got sent to a different beach inn called tropical post while the pelican post inn issue was situated. We eventually got to the tropical inn and it had well functioning AC and was in good conditions, We were there for 1or 2 days while the other one was getting fixed. When the pelican post issue with the ac got situated they sent all of us back. We later found blood in one of the sheets in the bunkbeds that seemed to be recent but Overall it was not a bad last day experience, i hope this helps the next visitors for any upcoming trip.

The property is very nice. I had some small issues and spoke with a manager who really cared. The pool was great, the bed comfy, nice shower products and friendly, helpful staff.

Location is great , clean, and comfy but the WiFi was down and no one is on site after hours to assist.

Would have been better if there was a table with chairs either in the unit or by the pool to eat at or play a game. But overall, would definitely stay here again for a short visit!

Great customer service
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsI was down here for a couple of days, the second one was when tropical storm Debby hit. The staff reaches out to me via text to make sure I had what I needed.. My first room (ground level) flooded with water coming in the front door and up through the floor boards - they acted quick and had maintenance help me get everything moved to a different room that was higher up. They were also super helpful coming to get me through the flooded streets, to take me and my bags to dry land the next morning.
The rooms were decorated nicely, but were a little dirty, mostly in the bathroom areas, and furniture peeling etc probably just due to the moisture down there. I also initially did switch rooms because the first one I was in had an unbearable mildew smell. The room they moved me to was pleasant and didn’t have any off putting smell.
If it would have been nice weather, I’m sure I would have enjoyed the pool, as it looked lovely. And the location of Pelican Post is amazing - very close to shops and restaurants and a block away from the free AMI trolley line.
Huge shout out to Angie C who kept me informed and had her guys take care of me quickly when the water came. They were juggling a bunch of balls moving people
around and checking on everyone due to the storm and their customer service was spectacular.
