From the first time I messaged Jonsie about her property she was very helpful and accomodating. I may have not read the listing exactly correct but I had lots of questions to start about the locarion and ahe answews

Nice location near the beach and a great view of the water from the back and dock area. Restaurants within walking distance. Walkable to beach. Short drive to restaurants, public beaches, CVS, Publix, etc.
Ceiling fan in bedroom needs to be fixed or replaced.
Fully furnished with everything we needed. No dishwasher on premise.

Fish, eat, sleep, repeat

We came in the day before Tropical Storm Debby and they made sure we stayed safe and were very accommodating when we felt we needed to leave the property until water levels went down. The house is very quaint and had everything we needed.
Our son loved having the dock in his backyard and fished morning & night. He caught a lot of catfish,pin fish, mangrove snapper, toad fish and a blue crab!

Annual Girls Trip
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis location is great! Quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants/shops on Bridge Street. Being able to sit outside near/on the dock was fantastic. We saw manatees almost every day! The kitchen is a bit small but we ate out most meals so didn’t really need a large kitchen for cooking.

Overall good but some safety concerns
Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is great on the water and near bridge st. Accommodations were good, although the layout is a bit difficult to maneuver. My biggest complaint was with the unsafe conditions. This was primarily because of the windows in the unit. At one point when I tried to close the window behind the couch, the top released from the casing and hit me in the face causing a significant cut on my nose and bruising on my cheek. Another time, a window in my daughters bedroom swung open from the casing without being touched. I told Jonsie about this and she mentioned that they tried fixing the windows in the past with new latches. Obviously they are still not working correctly. When I suggested I should get some sort of reimbursement for what happened, she never responded and I haven't heard from her since. There were also other safety issues with multiple broken floor tiles throughout the unit. Walking barefoot through the unit is at your own risk. If you decide to stay here, be careful.

Bayside Beauty
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was well maintained alot of outside room and large fishing dock Kitchen is small could use an update but still cute and well stocked Master bedroom very comfortable Quiet neighborhood alot of pelicans and birds to watch also dolphins I was surprised I loved bayside but still miss gulfside but water was rough and windy on gulf so we were guite satisfied
