Très décevant

Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. C'est un motel vieillot qui a été entièrement rénové. L'intérieur des chambres est décoré avec goût et tout y est très propre. Petite piscine chauffée au milieu du jardin. Attention l'entrée de l'hôtel se situe en plein virage, cela peut être dangereux, pour traverser et aller a la plage...le plus gros problème vient de l'accueil !!! Nous avons été retardé car la route principale était fermée, il n'y avait personne a notre arrivée vers 19h 30 .... Et aucun moyen de récupérer nos clefs... Nous avions réservé et payé 2 chambres et sans l'aide d'une cliente qui a bien voulu téléphoner à un numéro que nous n'avions pas...nous étions à la rue ! Une demi heure après un type très mal élevé nous a remis nos clefs, en maugréant que nous aurions dû prévenir de notre retard ! Son intervention a duré 3 secondes, il nous a bien fait sentir que nous l'avions dérangé....nous avons été soufflé par son attitude, vraiment pas digne d'un manager professionnel ! Pour le prix demandé, nous espérions un accueil chaleureux. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel, d'ailleurs a notre départ encore personne a la réception il était 11 h du matin ! Par la suite je me suis rendue compte que mon nom était complètement déformé, que le papier que l'on doit mettre en évidence sur le pare-brise ne comportait pas la bonne date...bref, pas très sérieux tout ça, Déçue...

My sister and I stayed at Tropics Isles, we found it pleasant, clean and friendly staff. We will be back, only next time directly on the beach. Barbara Bader

*BED BUGS* We stayed at this airbnb for my mothers birthday. 3 out of the 6 of us who were staying there came back with bites all over their legs. Some of the lights inside the airbnb did not work, we had to request someone to come fix them. The outside big patio lights did not work. During our check-in, the front desk lady gave me 3 different codes to the lockbox because she was very distracted. Maintaince had to come by and figure out the code with me to enter. I spent 30min out in the heat trying to get in. Only nice thing about this place was being able to swim in the pool and the beach was walking distance.

I already shared my feelings with the property. I will not be back again. If I didn't have a credit, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. I waisted my credit.

I was a little scared when I booked because trip advisor had mixed reviews but we loved everything about our staff if you were in the fence do it ! Great place location and service it’s a quaint awesome beach and would come back again !!! Kid friendly too ! My children loved it !!!

My room was 301 and honestly the room is quite old, they were not dirty but noises came out from all sides, if they walked upstairs everything was audible, the first night we could not sleep because of all those noises we had to buy earplugs. We could never use the pool because the guests of the hotel that was opposite also have access and it was full of a family that was more than 30 people.

I planned this vacation to relax at a nice quiet place, this was a bad choice, really noisy, pool really small, full of people screaming with loud music, and the pool is like right outside the rooms, so we couldn’t even be in our room, we bought a bottle of wine thinking we could seat in the terrace and relax. Well, that did not happened, my friend who stayed next to me went to the front desk and they just told her there was nothing they could do during the day, after 11pm we could call the police. We could not sleep since there were a lot of people staying in the room above us and they spend the night walking and making noice, this Ana maria Island inn is nothing like what you see in medias. Dont go there if you want to relax.
