Hectic

The reason I said hectic is because we were right smack in the middle of hurricane Milton, lost power for 4 days, Richard was in constant communication with us making sure we were ok. We had to make the decision to leave because we had family coming. If it weren’t for Milton this place would of been one of the BEST! We will be back. Thank you for everything Richard.

Longboat Key vacation 2024
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI selected Casa Mia as our base destination for our family’s 2024 summer beach trip to Longboat Key, FL. Having never been to the area and not sure if the beach was on our agenda for each day of our trip I chose Casa Mia for several reasons. First being price. I found the listing to be affordable. Second o found the listing to be conveniently located to many options we wanted to consider while staying in Bradenton. It was close to the beach, close to shopping, close to the interstate, etc. Third I chose Casa Mia for what the community offered such as tennis and basketball courts which the kids used, the pools and other amenities such as sidewalks to walk to these areas within the community and it was clean and safe. I enjoyed coffee in n the mornings on the Kenia overlooking the ponds. The communication from the host was excellent and responsive. The condo was well appointed with all we needed for our stay.

Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Casa Mia, It was clean and very nice! The only thing I didn't like were the Beds, they were not comfortable at all. I loved the area, so much to do and see, and everything is right there!!!! Great German restaurant, next to Publix. We would think about going back! Richard was very helpful and nice!!! He also has 2 other places to check out!!!
