Enjoy our renovated 1,174 Sq.Ft Vila at Shorewalk vacation resort in Bradenton, FL.It is an end unit, on the second floor with lots of sunshine and a beautiful lake view.The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven/stove top, refrigerator, plates, utensils, pods, toaster, blender, coffeemaker. Complimentary are fast speed WiFi and cable TV, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Rest in a king size bed and an extra comfy couch with access to a nice patio facing the lake. The other room has 2 twin size beds with a dresser and a big closet.

Close proximity to IMG, Inspiration Tennis Academy, Anna Maria Island, shopping center and restaurants. Grill is available at the club house. Reservation is required. Enjoy 2 heated swimming pools, hot tubs, LED lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, Pool and ping pong table at the clubhouse, basketball court.Free parking on premises. Nice condo in a neighborhood close to the beaches. The pools are heated and not too crowded. Only improvement needed is the master bedroom mattress. It was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Other than that is was a great experience.

Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very nice homes nearby and wonderful getaway for up to four people. Responsive host and very nice, newer property. We’ll be back!

The location was great, elena was wonderful, and she was very fast responding to messages. The only complaint was the light in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The light bulb was not working. Other than that place was very nice and quiet.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed here when we came for a lacrosse tournament. The unit is exactly as described. It is immaculate and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were even chairs for the beach ( Bradenton Beach is about 15 minutes )or to bring to the field. The clubhouse with a pool and tennis courts is around the corner and the area was very nice. The check-in and checkout process of a smooth and communication with easy. Thank you for having us. Looking forward to staying next year.

Great Reasonable Overnight Stay
We were looking for a reasonable spot to stay overnight, and luckily we extended it to two and Elena had it available. The unit was clean and well appointed. My only recommendation would be to update the bedding on the master. It seemed a little outdated, and a memory foam mattress topper would make it more comfy too. We had a little trouble with retrieving the key as we weren't used to a lock box, but we figured it out. Other than that it was wonderful, comfortable, quiet and Elena was fabulous at communicating -- even responding in minutes.

We loved the place. Comfortable beds for everyone and the wonderful sunny screened in porch. The condo is beautifully furnished and being a corner unit has lots of windows to enjoy the Fkorida sunshine. We hope to return next year!

PERFECT FOR IMG
It was my 1st time using VRBO and my first impression could have not been better. The unit was so clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Proximity to IMG and the beaches was perfect. Less than a 3 minutes to IMG. 30 min to the beach. The owner is awesome accommodated my requests. Check in was a breeze. I will definitely be staying here again.
