It took two cleaning crews ($$$$) to expedite the cleaning and repairs needed. Additional linens needed to be purchased. All claims have photo documentation. Secondly, our rental agreement is required by the City and County and is available for public viewing on our listing and is sent upon acceptance of payment. The house rules are a standard in vrbo properties and are accepted by the guest before the reservation is placed and payment is processed. And thirdly, we offer smaller parties a discount with our base rate. We offer the guest flexibility to choose what they want to pay for and customize their vacation by adding additional guests and amenities to there reservation.
