But what truly impressed me was the service. The manager was fantastic – friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Whether I had a question or needed something addressed, they were always there to help.
Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Bradford, look no further! Highly recommended!

More Cava than Champagne!

Couldn't find the switch to switch off the blue lights above the bed so had to leave them on all night making it difficult to sleep. The apartment was OK but I've paid less before for rooms which are much better quality.

It was great to stay at the hotel, as the hot tub was great and also the room was very nice and very clean.
Dealing with Osman was very efficient and also the communication was proactive!

Great communication from the get-go. Customer servics was remarkable. Check-in process was smooth and check-out was as smooth. We opted for the Love Nest. The Living area and kitchen was fantastic with recliner sofas and a smart tv with Netflix included. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would require. The heating in the whole apartment was spot on and felt very cosy. The bedroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable and relaxing. The lighting throughout the whole apartment with different colours was great. The bathroom with the Jacuzzi bath was the highlight for me, 10/10. Food places are close by and plenty of options via Uber. I would visit again and recommend to all.
