We always appreciate honest feedback and strive to improve where we can so every stay is an overwhelmingly positive experience.
We are addressing some clearer instructions for guests using the fire place.
For context, this guest lit the fire place and left the property for several hours. They hadn’t opened the required vents and the fire smoked the entire house out for about 3 hours before the guests arrived back.
Across all platforms we have had more than 50 different groups, regular use of the fire place and never a single complaint or issue. You can read the reviews.
I guess you can’t please everyone, but we will continue to try.

Hidden Gem in Braidwood
Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayA large group of us were staying in Braidwood for a nearby wedding and we were so happy to have stayed at this property. From the outside it does look a little haunted, however once upstairs and inside it was so beautiful and cosy, and arty. I actually wish we weren't so busy so we had more time at the house to cook and utilise the kitchen and lounge room area.
This host has thought of every amentity. From coffee, to shower products to beautiful bedding and towels. It was honestly so pleasant.
Thank you so much for having us and if I know of anyone else attending a wedding at Mona Farm I'll recommend this place.

Excellent accommodation everything we needed , close drive to the beach and fishing which is what we needed highly recommend this property for families
