We enjoyed our stay and would stay again! My husband was looking forward to pancakes this morning but they didnt have any this time and the only other thing was no ice machine on 1st floor have to go to 2nd or 3rd

The fireplace didn't work and was included in the price i paid. The room was bg and nice.

Hotel staff were very good room was clean but public area carpets were tatty and dirty by the look due to people walking from the on site swimming pool too the rooms dripping wet

This was our second time staying here. We loved the waterpark. We loved how close it was to the shopping and the zoo. We will definitely stay up here again when we get the chance.

Took my grand daughters school clothes shopping and spent the night. Water park staff were kind and had a great experience.
