They are doing renovations but our room was very nice and it’s going to be amazing when they finish all of the upgrades

The property is going thru a renovation so it is not perfect.
The room was clean
The ac was very loud. I have a dog and the grass was long for her to do her business

The hotel is under renovation. The room was very nice, freshly painted, clean. I just didn't like the fact that online shows there is a swimming pool and there is not. I was told at the hotel that they got rid of it and there will be no pool in the future either.

Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWhen I checked in, I was greeted by a person that seemed like she hated her job. Went to the room and the room was clean due to the remodeling. Went downstairs to look for the pool and the hot tub which was the big reason I picked this hotel and yet they had none. When asking the lady why, she got upset we interrupted her personal phone call. Wasn’t too happy.

It was understandable they were remodeling the hotel but they were working on the whole upper floor. Construction workers were staying in the other rooms on the first floor which caused issues with us getting the room we paid for. Ended up getting moved into a handicapped room and up charged for it. Blood stains on the walls and couch. TV remote didn't work was tore up and they wouldn't replace it. Bathroom wasn't to bad besides for the handicap shower leaks badly and ended up flooding the bathroom after each shower. The staff was decent but the fact they had so much construction going on it really wasn't what was advertised. Half the parking lot was blocked off and the pool completely destroyed and filled in.

I do not think that this facility should be open while they are going through a big construction project as the one, they have right now. Noisy from early hours in the morning, no parking space, and I do not know if it is related to the construction but there was no hot water.
