Well we got there and found out there was no free breakfast and the water slide was not working. The 2 main reasons for booking there. Not happy at all.

Hot breakfast available on site at the restaurant but unfortunately is not continental. We apologize about the slide it has been down for some time now. We have been doing our best to notify anyone that calls in that the waterslide is down. Sorry for the inconvenience we hope to have it back up and running soon!

Great stay!

Accueil chaleureuse.,,.Belle chambre...Très propre. Cafetière,,,eau tres apprécié. Avoir une piscine ,,,Désoler que le bain tourbillon était hors fonction,,,mais cela arrive .restaurant à même de la bâtisse A ma prochaine visite se sera mon choix de motel et je le recommande😀

I could never recommend this. The room was disgusting not cleaned food left on the floor bed had clearly been slept in. Refused to stay

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff provided all our needs.
I never give an excellent response so for me 4 is a very happy response with the service and staff

Made my booking, found out when it was too late to cancel the pool is closed. Please add this to the Expedia listing, this is the second time this has happened to us here, in 2 years, is the pool ever open? Why come back, pet friendly and direct outdoor entry to the room. The only reason I travel to Brandon is to see my 96 year old Mother, I literally unwind and sleep here, as I check in around 6 pm and out by 8 am sandwiched between 7 hours of driving each way.

The pictures from the website is deceiving. The tubs were not cleaned - it was brown, pubic hair and hair in the tub, curtains were yellow for few examples.. I was woken to loud rap music at 6 am and other people partying at night time. Housekeeping wasn’t the greatest. Would not stay here again.
