Excellent host and location
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was a great location from everything. Being there were several units in one building we could hear everything our neighbors were doing. Very noisy a few nights. No fault of the host. Other than that everything was just fine. We did have a smoke alarm issue but they were very quick to resolve it.

Love this condo

Wonderful getaway
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved the beauty, peace and quiet of our cabin and area. Just minutes away from all the fun and excitement in Branson.
Our cabin met all of our needs and was so homey and comfortable. I loved and appreciated the religious decor as well as the country theme.
Thank you for a wonderful family weekend away.

It needs work

The door lock wouldnt let us in half the time there are nails coming up on the outer stairs the banister is loose. There is alot of issues with this property that needs addressed. We had trouble with the ac unit. It was a great choice for adults but if you have young children or elderly id highly suggest seeking out better suited arrangements. The location was cramped you could hear other people in the surrounding cabins. By appearance it is as if 1 big cabin was divided into quarters and each has a tight single parking space. Our doggos were content there our child spent only one night with us and it was exhausting. The furniture is fine we found it uncomfortable and they didnt want pups on the furniture (we placed blankets and bags on the couch since we couldnt keep our dogs off) all in all it was an ok stay. We got stuck outside trying to get the lock to work every time and a few of those times were miserable due to needing the bathroom.another door issue was the back deck door didnt lock. It just had a piece of wood at the bottom acting as a wedge to prevent it from opening. We couldnt figure out how to turn the volume up and down on the tv and they were missing a few kitchen essentials. We ended up avoiding cooking due to some things missing and the age of the cabin. We didnt want any blame if anything broke on us.

I will have to be honest in saying that this review feels a little unfair since we did not hear one time from you about a single issue. We also leave multiple phone numbers as well as email addresses and let you know in our welcome guide that you received two days before your check in date that we are available anytime should you Encounter any kind of problems. Since we never heard from you, we assumed all was well. We have a record of outstanding reviews and we do our best to make sure all of our guest experience five star stays and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also have wonderful handyman and repairman available to help with any issues when we call, so we would have been glad to address these during your stay so you could also have a five star experience. It’s OK
Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI am thoughtful in my review of this property and wish I could give it five stars. The furniture in the living room is worn and bottomed out. The flattened cushions sink to the floor. We found a towel in one of the upstairs beds, so this discouraged us from sleeping inside the sheets of it or the master; we slept on top of the comforters with our own blankets. The onsite handbook orders the guest to start a load of towels, take trash down a hill to the dumpster and load and start the dishwasher before checking out. It read that if you complete these things, a service fee would be refunded. We have not received a fee refund as outlined on the guest to do list. The rug in the sitting area was dirty. My little dog was trying to get stuck on food off it. Ew! I wiped up a small water spill in the kitchen area with paper towel and the towel was black with dirt. The unit has ann odd odor. Not fresh. Smells dusty and stale. The cleanliness and comfort didn’t meet our expectations. We had neighbors one night whose children we could hear screaming and banging on the walls. I would have contacted the renter prior to leaving this review, but there was no way to reach them once the trip is completed. For the short trip it was sufficient, however, I would not book again.

We do appreciate the review and the feedback; however, this is an inaccurate representation of our top priority which is cleanliness. To address the couch issue, it has been fixed and all is well there. As far as the towel in the beds, I have verified many times with housekeeping, and brand new sheets were put on because brand new white sheets were purchased right before the stay. We ask guests do some normal things to aid in housekeeping getting a jump start. You didn't receive a refund because a damage deposit was never paid, so there was nothing to refund. We really do pride ourselves on cleanliness, and I'm sorry that this very rare occurrence happened during your stay. We always provide our numbers and email should any problems arise, and we would've been glad to address all issues immediately.

What a wonderful cabin
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. It was exactly as described, clean and the owners were very responsive when we had a question while checking in. The location was very convenient for checking out the town. I will say that the walls are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbors going up and down the stairs pretty clearly. But that’s part of being in a fourplex so not unexpected. We would stay here again for sure.
