So happy

This was our second time at this condo. It was important for us to not have to climb stairs to enter. Also, we needed a recliner and the one here is perfect. This time we brought a little dog with us and that worked out just fine. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Seniors retreat to Branson before the rush

We've stayed at Pointe Royale over half a dozen times. Mike's place is our favorite. The 1st floor end cap with no stairs and an easy walk to the park area and Taneycomo beach for our dog to wade in was champion.Florentina's for good food and Rick McEwen's THE GAMBER tribute show to Kenny Rogers was frosting on the cake. Much appreciation to you Mike.

Great Family Getaway

This was a great space for our family of five. Having split bedrooms that were very large helped the kids have their own space. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the condo was very clean and welcoming. Communication with the owners was also very easy. We will stay again!

Perfect space

Loved the space in the house. Great little sun room, nice dining area plus a kitchen nook where my mom and I enjoyed putting a puzzle together away from everyone else. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication with the owner too! Highly recommend!!

Very clean, lots of equipment provided, like air fryer/grill, keurig, toaster, just to name a few. Love that you can walk down to the river. The only thing I didn’t love was the beds. They were way too firm for my liking, but other than that, a great place to stay.

Well appointed condo

Large bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, cute sunroom. Layout is perfect. Easy ground floor entry. Well stocked kitchen. Tons of extra blankets and pillows. Our kids have begged to come back.

Already planning another stay!

We got in to the property about 9pm. We spent the day at Silver Dollar City. Check in was exactly like Mike explained. We loved the condo. The two rooms are on opposite sides of the condo so if sharing multiple families or two couples you have that separation and privacy. The place was very clean, kitchen stocked complete with Ninja air fryer. TVS were great and excellent size. Two dining tables. We weren’t able to see the grounds until the morning since we got in late. Beautiful neighborhood feel. We drove to see what was available and that’s another plus that made us say “we are staying here again”. Lots of family friendly activities and I would feel say letting my kids 14-15 walk around. Pool area was huge and open indoor pool for winter. You won’t be disappointed staying here at all. Also, the condo is kind of tucked back in the building, still easily accessible, but made the condo super quiet, didn’t hear a single neighbor. Didn’t even know anyone else was in the building until they were out and about in the morning.

Fabulous!

The condo was immaculate! There was a Christmas tree and other cute decor, too. It was well-appointed and had everything that you could possibly want. It was very clean, which is important to us. I didn’t feel like I needed to sanitize anything, which is crazy for my germaphobic self. I highly recommend staying here! It’s also great to have zero stairs.

Beautiful condo and wonderful amenities

We had a great time here. The condo was comfortable, very clean, beautifully decorated, and accommodating. The grounds were so nice. We walked to the creek, swam at the indoor pool, and played basketball. We enjoyed the fireplace, games and televisions. Beds were comfy. Communication with host was quick. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our week in this condo. The two recliners in the living room were utilized and appreciated. A reading lamp near the chairs would be helpful to senior eyes. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, the condo served our needs very well.

We stayed 10 nights at this beautiful condo. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was spacious and it had everything we needed plus more. The host was very friendly and kept us informed when we asked questions. I highly recommend this condo. I also want to point out that there is a wonderful walking trail down by the lake That someone has done a ton of work on that is a great place to go hiking or walking your dog
