The check in staff needs to make visitors aware that a $100 extra charge will be added prior to your stay. I’m still waiting for that extra charge to be removed from my bank account!!!

Dear Joy, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Upon check-in, a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. I’m sorry that this was not effectively communicated and for any frustration caused. The property was nice and very festive. I have no complaint about the room, amenities or the staff for the most part. There was an issue with what ended up being an issue with the lock. Me, my daughter and my 4 month pregnant wife were locked out of our room for over an hour. The properties fix for this because the room was booked through a third party vendor(Travelocity) the only compensation that she could offer would be free breakfast buffets. Very disappointing

The staff are not only very professional and committed to exceeding any expectations a guest could have. They are also refreshingly sincere and genuine in their efforts to make one feel like royalty as well as family during their stay. Our concierge/hotel guest services manager Chase, went above and beyond to make our stay and experience one we wont forget!

Beautiful lobby and common areas. Unfortunately all pools and hot tubs were closed
