Great Condo!

Eagle's Nest was amazing! The room was beautiful! It was clean, had pretty decorations, and the fixtures were very nice. The view was great! You can see the Silver Dollar City fireworks every evening! The pool was good, but you don't even need it because at the end of the parking lot there is a short hiking trail with lake access for wading and swimming. I liked the check-in process where you never have to stop at a front desk; they e-mail you the room number with a key code and you go straight to your room. It was a great place to stay, and I wold be glad to stay there again!

I don't know that there was anything that stood out as likes. Perhaps the location it was out of the hub of Branson but still an easy drive into the city in a short time.

I didn’t like that the other tv wouldn’t work and that there was a part that went out and so we had to share one shower

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your shower went out providing only warm water. As soon as you contacted us, we sent a plumber out who discovered a piece needed to be replaced and we ordered it. Thankfully you had another shower which worked wonderfully with hot water. :) We also sent instructions on how to fix your TV volume but never heard from you on whether or not to tried it once you got back to your condo. We wish you had contacted us again if you could not get the volume to work.

Do Not Stay At Eagles Nest

The condo was so horrible we had to change. The smell of mold was unbearable. We moved to another condo in same location and it was better but I still had to clean the room before we could stay in there and still paid cleaning fees of 128.00 I would NEVER recommend this place at all. I hate that we wasted our money and our 2 free nights.

We were glad that we were able to move you to another unit which you found better, and we had the unit inspected for mold smell that very same day and no mold was found by the professional. It is unfortunate that you did not contact us about your cleaning issue, as we have cleaning crews onsite to address any issues. However, it is difficult to address anything at all if the guest does not inform us of it until they check-out.

good choice for last minute trip

Decent place to stay located to a lake outside of Branson. If you are there for the lake its perfect but, if you are looking to spend most your time in Branson its a bit of a slog back and forth through extremely hilly terrain. (located right next to Silver Dollar City though so very easy to get there)

needs attention, dirty

Paid a lot of money for stay and condo was dirty. Master shower had some sort of substance spilled all over shower floor. Sheets stained on master bed and carpeting dirty throughout condo. Very disappointing.
