Reading the reviews on our way from Oklahoma we almost cancelled our reservation. I’m glad we didn’t. We have stayed here before years ago with no issues but online it sounds like it was a horrible place to stay….We brought our 2 boys for a birthday getaway and we had a blast!! Our room was very clean, the lady who checked us in was very kind and informative, and the water park was so much fun and well supervised. I would also like to add that we are a Hispanic family and at no point anywhere in Branson did we experience any discrimination. It’s still the good ole Christian town we remembered it to be:)

When my 3 year old granddaughter went into the wave pool with her snorkel, a young man approached her Mommy to say that wasn’t allowed. Her Mommy asked him to explain it to the toddler. He was kind and told her she couldn’t have the snorkel.
He was so nice. Appreciated his gentle demeanor.
We will be returning for another stay soon!

The rooms were a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. I do wish it was made more clear there are 3 separate buildings of rooms. We were the furthest away from the waterpark, but the walk across the parking lot wasn't horrible. I did appreciate there was an outdoor pool for each building, though.
All in all, our kids LOVED the indoor waterpark. There are things to do to keep a variety of ages entertained.

Aside from snagging my toe on a tack strip in the carpet, the pool was nice for the kids!!
