Location was ok. No maid service whatsoever. The breakfast that “came with” the room was terrible and we only utilized it the first day. Would not recommend this hotel.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay was less than exceptional. Our in-house guest rooms are cleaned in accordance to the information you received at check-in which states housekeeping is provided after every 3rd night, upon guest request, and upon check out. After reviewing your reservation, I do not see any requests for housekeeping services during your 3 night stay. If you did in fact request housekeeping and we failed to provide it, I sincerely apologize. It is our hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to better serve you.

Room was very nice, great location, nice hot breakfast and all for a very affordable price. This is our new go-to hotel when in Branson.
