SLEEPS 26 - Reserve the entire Conestoga Outpost for your next family reunion, corporate retreat or group adventure!
Our Conestoga Glamping Wagons each offer a different theme and sleeping floor plan, varying from king and queen-sized beds, as well as bunk beds. (*Note: The cot-size twin bunk beds are intended for children to early teens. The bunks are not suitable for adults) Guests will enjoy the convenience of a full bathroom with personal essentials, electricity, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a mini fridge in these new climate-controlled wagons. Prepare meals under the shared covered pavilion, which offers a charcoal grill, outdoor sink, and picnic tables. Relax around a ridge-top fire pit perfect for conversation and s’mores under the stars. Multiple hiking and biking trails meander through wooded areas, rolling pastures, and over a mile of Taneycomo lakefront with Sycamore Creek Beach access. The captivating beauty of the Sycamore Creek property awaits you!

PRIVATE ACCESS: Your Conestoga Glamping Wagon is yours alone to enjoy during your stay.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES: Hike or bike along the property's scenic trails, or enjoy a private gathering by the lakefront. A fire pit and picnic table await at Sycamore Creek Beach for relaxing afternoons.
FISHING: Fish in the 5-acre pond connected to Lake Taneycomo, and bring your own fishing gear (MO fishing license required).
FARM ANIMALS: Visit the Barnyard to meet friendly farm animals and collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop.
BIKE RENTALS: Two adult bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, or feel free to bring your own.
GAMES & ENTERTAINMENT: Head to The Gathering Place for games like cornhole, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and more! There’s also a playground, firepit, and outdoor activities for all ages.
Our 272-acre property offers plenty of space for exploration, with wooded areas, rolling pastures, and over a mile of lakefront to enjoy. While the property hosts occasional private events, you’ll have exclusive access to your Conestoga Wagon, and the outdoor spaces remain open for you to enjoy.
- COMMUNITY EVENTS: Sycamore Creek hosts public community events (with paid admission), which you’re welcome to attend during your stay.
- PRIVATE VENUE SPACES: Event venues like Shiloh Ridge, The Heartwood Barn, and The Gathering Place are off-limits during private events, but the rest of the property is open for your enjoyment.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- SAFETY & SECURITY: For enhanced safety, we partner with Superhog to ensure the protection of our property and guests. Please complete the guest screening process prior to arrival.
- STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter set of consumables (toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, coffee, etc.). Should you need additional items, local stores are nearby.
- PARKING & ACCESS: Separate entrances and parking areas are provided for event spaces, and The Wagon Lodging is located just down the road from the Barnyard.

POLICIES & WAIVERS: Due to our agricultural setting and the farm-stay experience provided at Sycamore Creek, every guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement.
Your booking is conditioned upon receipt of this completed and signed document for your party. Failure to sign this document prior to 24 hours of your stay will result in cancellation of your reservation.
Smoke-Free Property
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $500 fine will be imposed.
Remote Controls
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
No Pets
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $500 fine will be imposed.

Cleaning FeesExcessive Cleaning:

- The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
