Restaurant, bar service slow every night. Room had dirty sheets (make up and other stains) and pillows on arrival. Good location

The room hadn't been vacuumed and the sheets were dirty on one bed. I called down and the staff came up and changed the bed. The staff were very accommodating and helpful!

It is a great place to stay, first and foremost! The lobby is beautiful! Pool and hot tub area are better than most in the area. It was amazing because of the staff, more specifically, the valet attendants/staff and the bellhops! Ask for
Luke and you will never be disappointed! There were several other gentleman that helped us and all had the best personalities! (Can’t remember their names) People you would invite to your own BBQ! The only negative are; the lobby has an overpowering scent, it smells great, but can cause a headache. The halls/rooms smelled of a “zoo”, which I’m sure is due to the pool/hot tub and the fact that they allow pets. Keep in mind, I am super smell sensitive. Lastly the room temp was 76 degrees upon arrival. Definitely not what I was expecting for this time of year. And it took over a day to get at the temp we were comfortable with. I would definitely return even with these negatives I have listed as the staff outweighs all of it!
