Restaurant, bar service slow every night. Room had dirty sheets (make up and other stains) and pillows on arrival. Good location

Check in was slow. Was there for a large event so the hotel knew there was a large group checking in with only 2 workers (manager did end up coming to help though). So stood in line at least 15 minutes & room not even ready (was 5:30pm by this time).
On the bright side, only waited 10 minutes before getting a call to go to front desk. HOWEVER, there were still about 50 people checking in.
We do love this hotel though. Great location. Great pool area. Nice rooms. Will stay again.
