One of our rooms was a across from the ice machine in the hall, it was a bit loud at times. But I figured someone had to have that room and it was our turn. But overall great hotel, we have stayed there a few times and will return again.

Have stayed here three times, service, staff, breakfast all excellent!! I will definitely stay again on my next trip back Branson.

We had issues with our room. First, no electricity. We were put right next to construction that we were told would not happen on weekend but it did and then again early on Monday morning that woke us up. Our tv would not work on Sun eve.

Excellent hotel. Our only complaints were the towels & washrags are rough and the pillows are awful. The pillows are small and flat.
