Great place to stay by SDC

Publié le 18 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was beautiful. It was perfect for our family. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room. It is very close to Silver Dollar City, but can easily reach Branson in a few short minutes. The host was very welcoming and nice. Awesome place!

Great house BUT
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayBed bugs in master suite. No other properties available. Had to move out of suite but remain in the house. Went through every bed in the house checking for other issues. Brought in extermination company. Heated and treated the room. Never used that room again. Ants on counter tops in kitchen. Property manager was extremely helpful, attentive to our needs. She is a saint. We returned home and are washing and hot drying all our clothes. Disappointed because our family had planned this for some time.

Please know that the comfort and safety of our guests are our top priorities. We take concerns about bed bugs very seriously and adhere to rigorous cleaning and inspection protocols. You were offered a complete refund for your stay as soon as this issue arose prior to you staying in room. You choose to stay at property and we still issued a refund for the inconvenience.
We immediately engaged professional pest control services to thoroughly inspect and heat treat the room in question. And was taken care of during your stay within 24 hours.
We have and will continued with inspections. For we know no one is immune to these issues with lodging. So glad we caught before you stayed in the room.

Friendly Get Away
Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe checked in late Friday night. The property was clean (although there were ants along the window and kitchen sink). We had a great time being together. The property was a great set up for our three families. According to the checkout procedures it doesn’t seem as if the comforter and pillow shams get washed which is a little concerning. We also found wrappers under the couch that were not ours.

Thank you for staying with us! All linens get washed. We bring the change sets when you depart. All comforters are different so this helps cleaning staff put on the correct comforters. This is also explained in your entry info.
The cold weather I’m sure brought in the ants but we will take care of immediately. Wish you would have reached out during your stay for I would have taken care of immediately. For we live in area. Thank you again for staying with us!

wonderful area

The rest of the house was great also! We love playing card games so the dining table was perfect for this. Just an all around great place and we will be back for sure!! Loved it! Shauna

Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just needed a place to stay while we was in branson for a short time. It was me and my husband, my 3 kids and my dad. It was super roomy and right beside silver dollar city! I loved everything about the place. Our next stay will definitely be here too!
