I was worried after seeing other reviews, but our room was very clean and I didn't have any complaints at all. I needed their wifi to get school work done, and it worked just fine. Breakfast options were limited but it was still nice to have breakfast included. They had pancakes, muffins, biscuits, eggs, coffee, a few other things. There's a small fridge in the room. The location was very convenient and close by the Branson strip, but off the stop enough that it was quiet. Staff was very friendly, and they were even understanding when we we needed extra time to get out of the room. They also have laundry available. The price was fair and I would definitely stay there again.

Need better WiFi!

All I can say is that we’ve stayed at better places! The WiFi was almost nonexistent, water in the shower had a hard time draining, but got better after the first day or so. I guess one of the positives was that the hotel was right off the main strip. Easy access.

It was a good enough distance away from the city attractions. When I walked to the room, the carpets were stained and old. The toilet seat was not cleaned, it still had fecal matter toward the back it The coffee pot was only rinsed and still had residue on the inside. There was a phone charge in the wall plug next to bed that must have been left there by the previous guest. I can only believe that they sheets and bed were cleaned because they smelt fresh.

The place is a CV little rundown and there were cobwebs behind everything. But that isn’t the problem. The problem is there are THIEVES working there. We accidentally forgot a pair of cowboy boots and they are claiming they don’t have them. We are so upset. We have contacted the national customer service line and still, NO HELP! The laws are pretty simple regarding items left in a hotel room, but this staff must assume items left there belong to them!

Your review was posted a little prematurely given that your boots were found the day that you posted this and they have already been shipped back to you. You can be assured that there are NO thieves working at this property.

Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold options. Room was clean. Shower was small but it was okay. Beds were okay.
