There was no housekeeping, and the hotel NEVER brought clean towels. The TV Remote would not turn on the TV or change the volume. When we took the remote to the front, they sent maintenance to repair it. I told the front desk I would meet them there, but they were in my room when I returned to my room.
We were given a paper that said breakfast was from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. This was incorrect, as when we went to breakfast, there was a note on the door stating that it had changed by one hour. So, there was no breakfast for us that day.
I tried to call the front desk by dialing 0 to get clean towels, but they never answered.
The room smelled musty, and when we saw the mold in the bathroom, we knew why the smell.
We had a long drive in and called to tell them we would be a late check-in. We were told we had to be there by 9:00 PM. I didn't see that when booking, but I may have missed it. Don't stay here if you're a late check-in.
When I tried to tell the front desk about my concerns, I was dismissed about it.
The one day I got breakfast, the milk was sour, so I didn't have any cereal, but the rest of the breakfast was okay. Now, remember I only got breakfast one of three days.
After all this, I have decided NEVER to stay at this hotel again. I would have been better off staying at Motel 6.
