Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the stay was good. I was called the weekend before saying that they had overbooked the property, but I was moving out to a “nicer” one. It had a very hotel feel and I was moved to the other complex. I had booked at the main complex because there were several dance families that were staying there so we could be closer and allow the girls to hang out. That was now not the case. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and being able to stay outside of Branson and away from the hustle was nice. I would stay again.

Publié le 19 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay, check-in was a little confusing- it would be helpful if the address to exact check in location was in email or text. however once we found where to check-in - it went smoothly and staff was very helpful, friendly and nice. Our condo was very clean, spacious, great for us. The bed was very comfortable.

Lovely condo in quiet spot
Publié le 6 juin 2017 sur HomeAwayWe are frequent visitors to Branson and have stayed in a variety of condos and hotels. We found this property to be one of the most enjoyable. The layout was terrific, the screened porch was delightful, and it was clean and fresh for us. Two bumps in road though, check- in was a little confusing and we could clearly hear people walking around in the condo above us. We would like to stay here again.

Worst experience ever!
Publié le 21 mars 2017 sur HomeAwayFrom booking confusion and hidden fees listed in the amenities to delayed check-in because room wasn't ready, no hot water, and no compensation for this list of trouble this entire trip was a nightmare. You are not dealing directly with an owner but a huge conglomerate that does NOT put the customer first. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this as possible. What was a MUCH needed getaway for a military man ended up being an exhausting hassle. Then the resort got mad because we didn't want to participate in their 90 minute sales pitch. I wouldn't own one of these if they were giving them away. Worst run company and most disrespectful personnel at home office. I will say that on site staff was very friendly, they just work for a horrible company.
