Perfect Space for Family Gatherings
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved how spacious it was for our group of 8 adults. We wanted a place we could hang out and play games, and it was perfect. The only issue was the ice maker on the refrigerator. There was ice, but it wouldn’t dispense. We read that a previous guest had mentioned the same problem, but apparently was ignored by management. We pulled out the tray and discovered ice was packed in the back of the dispenser. The reason was because the arm that stops the ice maker when it’s full was missing. We emptied the ice container and the missing arm was wrapped around the auger. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Get Away

Disappointing
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at this particular villa was not satisfactory at all. The first day set the tone when we walked in to a terrible smell and gnats which turned out to be food in the disposal. The sheets in the bedroom I stayed in also had a bad, musty smell and needed to be washed. A bag of dirty clothes from a previous guest was left in the bottom dresser drawer which had the same smell. I suspect the bedding had never changed but just made up. Another bedroom had a blanket in the closet with a ball of pubic hair wadded up inside. The kitchen was poorly equipped (compared to other villas and cabins we have stayed in at other locations).
The house itself was wonderful, roomy and comfortable. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was exceptional. We have stayed at a villa just like this one in the same neighborhood and will probably stay at another on future visits to Branson.

After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We're disappointed to hear about the cleanliness issues, including odors and items left behind. While the housekeeping team generally does a great job, I’ll be reminding them to pay closer attention to the small details. We also wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have addressed these concerns right away.- During my inspection at the end of August, the garbage disposal was in good working condition with no odor. I’ll be suggesting to housekeeping that they use disposal tablets for added freshness.We truly appreciate your compliments about the home itself and its layout, and we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the space and will consider staying in the neighborhood again. Your feedback helps us continue to improve, and we hope to provide you with a better experience on a future visit.

Just what we needed

The ensuite bathrooms made the time together easy and enjoyable for one and all. The living room/outdoor space was large & accommodated all of us. We were quite comfortable. Location was great. Quiet but accessible to all we wanted to do.

Great Place
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, this was great place to stay. It was very close to a lot of places but was tucked away and was quiet. The setup was perfect for us. The kitchen floors still had crumbles and food left over from the previous renter and the trash can was broken. Otherwise, it was in good shape. We would stay again!
